1. Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your reservation, please inform us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation:
- More than 30 days before the tour date: Full refund (excluding any non-refundable fees, if applicable).
- 15 to 30 days before the tour date: 50% of the total reservation amount will be refunded.
- Less than 15 days before the tour date: No refund will be given.
Please note that some tours or services may have special cancellation policies; this will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
Royal Asel Tourism Cancellation: If we need to cancel a tour or service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, security concerns, or insufficient bookings), we will offer you the option to reschedule or a full refund.
2. Refund Policy
- Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
- Any bank or transaction fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Reservation Changes
- If you wish to make changes to your reservation (e.g., changing the tour date or service), please contact us at least 7 days before the tour date. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
- Changes made less than 7 days before the tour date may be subject to additional fees.
4. No-show Reservations
No refund will be given for failing to show up for a reserved tour or service without prior notice.
5. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions), refunds or rescheduling will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility in such instances.
