1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the Customer: If you wish to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation:
- More than 30 days prior to the tour date: Full refund (excluding any non-refundable fees, if applicable).
- 15 to 30 days before the tour date: 50% of the total reservation amount will be refunded.
- Less than 15 days before the tour date: No refund will be issued.
Please note that some tours or services may have specific cancellation policies, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
Cancellation by Royal Asel Tourism: If we need to cancel a tour or service due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings), we will offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
2. Refund Policy
- Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
- Bank or transaction fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Reservation Changes
- If you would like to make changes to your reservation (for example, changing the tour date or service), please contact us at least 7 days before the tour date. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
- Changes made less than 7 days before the tour date may incur additional charges.
4. No-Show Reservations
No refunds will be issued for reservations made for a tour or service that are not attended without prior notice.
5. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions), refunds or rescheduling will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility in such situations.
