This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Royal Asel Tourism ("Company") and the customer ("Customer") who purchases services or products through the Company's website or other remote communication channels. By placing an order, the Customer is deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement.

3. Order Process


  • The Customer selects the desired service or product on the Company's website.
  • The Customer provides accurate and complete information required for the order.
  • The Company confirms the order via email or other communication channels.
  • Payment is processed according to the selected payment method.


4. Payment Terms


  • Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified on the website.
  • The Customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the payment information.
  • All prices are in TURKISH LIRA (or other specified currencies) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.


5. Cancellation and Refund Policy


  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to berkanozdemir@royalaselturizm.com.
  • Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation policy of the relevant service or product.
  • The Company reserves the right to deduct non-refundable fees or incurred costs.


6. Customer Rights


  • The Customer has the right to cancel the order without any justification within 14 days from the date of purchase. However, this right cannot be exercised if the service has been provided during this period.
  • If cancellation is made within the specified period and no service has been provided, the Customer is entitled to a full refund.


7. Company Obligations


  • The Company is responsible for providing services or products as specified on the website.
  • The Company will notify the customer in a timely manner of any changes or cancellations regarding the services.


8. Force Majeure


The Company is not responsible for its failure to fulfill or delays in fulfilling its obligations due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


9. Dispute Resolution


Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through mutual discussions. If no solution can be reached, the dispute will be subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.


10. Privacy and Data Protection

11. Amendments


The Company reserves the right to make any changes to this Agreement. Changes will be communicated to the Customer via email or through the website.
