Need to Know
The cities to be visited during the tour program, routes, sightseeing points, and estimated times are detailed in the program; minor changes may be made according to weather conditions and regional circumstances: The cities, stops, breaks, historical and cultural sites to be visited, as well as arrival and departure times, have been pre-planned and will be shared with participants in the detailed program. However, due to regional congestion, road conditions, or weather conditions, minor changes in timing or routes may be made without disrupting the overall flow of the tour.
Accommodation is generally provided in 3* or 4* hotels, in double rooms; an additional fee may apply for single room requests, and there is the possibility of pairing for those wishing to share a room: Comfortable accommodation is provided in hotels with certain standards, usually in double rooms, and room facilities may vary depending on the concept of the facility. An extra charge is applied for those wishing to stay alone in a single room, while those requesting to share a room are paired with another participant of similar age and gender whenever possible.
The tour fee generally includes transportation, guiding services, the specified breakfasts and dinners, and some museum and archaeological site entrance fees; extra tours, lunches, personal expenses, and certain entrance fees may not be included in the price: The package price includes transportation services explicitly stated in the program, professional guiding, accommodation, and the main meals outlined in the tour program along with some basic entrance fees. Participants may need to make additional payments for special activities, extra trips, optional museum and archaeological site entries, snacks, beverages, and personal expenses not included in the package.
Participants are required to bring suitable walking shoes for the season, seasonal clothing, a raincoat/light jacket, personal medications, and official documents such as identity cards/passports: Since there will be frequent walks and excursions during the tour, it is advisable to wear comfortable shoes that are suitable for rocky or uneven terrains. Considering the day-night temperature differences of the region and possible rainfall, layered clothing, a raincoat or light jacket, as well as necessary medications and official identity/passport must be brought along.
The departure point, departure time, and return time will be clearly communicated to participants before the tour; if participants are late for the departure time, the responsibility lies with them: The tour operator provides participants with information about the meeting point, boarding location, exact departure time, and estimated return time before the tour. To prevent disruption of the program and to avoid inconvenience to other participants, a limited waiting period will be maintained for guests who are not present at the specified time, and the responsibilities arising from any delay are the individual's responsibility.
Changes made by the guide in the program due to regional congestion, safety, and weather conditions may affect the flow of the tour; in such cases, the best alternatives will be implemented: The guide has the authority to make real-time adjustments to the program, taking into account the current congestion, official restrictions, roadworks, security alerts, or unfavorable weather conditions in the area. If a planned stop cannot be visited, similar alternative stops or new timing arrangements will be made to ensure the overall quality and safety of the tour experience.
